How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $45 or more. Orders below that amount have a flat shipping fee applied at checkout.

Where do my items ship from?

Order Tracking
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it on the carrier's website or on a global tracking platform such as parcelsapp.com.
My tracking number isn't showing updates. What should I do?
It can take 3-5 business days after shipment for tracking details to appear. If you still see no updates after 7 days, email us at zonnya84@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at zonnya84@gmail.com if you need to update your address.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or are missing original packaging.
How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?

Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
Every product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the chart before ordering. When between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort.
Do your products run true to size?
Most of our items follow standard US sizing. Shapewear and compression garments are designed to feel snug - that is part of how they sculpt and support. Always refer to the size chart on each product page for the best fit.
What if my item does not fit?
You may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery as long as they are in original packaging. See our return policy above for full details.
Are your bras sized in US or European sizing?
Our bras are sized in US band and cup sizing (e.g., 34B, 36C). Each product page includes a size conversion guide if you are familiar with European sizing.
