Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • ✔️ Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • ✔️ In their original condition with all tags attached
  • ✔️ Returned in the original packaging, including any hygiene seals and accessories

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return if the hygiene seal has been removed or broken:

  • ❌ Underwear and panties
  • ❌ Shapewear and bodysuits
  • ❌ Bras (if tried on without undergarment)

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at contact@zonnya.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our team to review and approve your request (within 48 business hours).
  3. Ship the item back using the instructions provided.
Important: Do not send items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may be rejected and returned to the sender.

Return Shipping Costs

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • ✅ Zonnya covers the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to a change of mind or sizing issue:

  • 📦 The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return labels are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Timeline:
Return Received → Inspection → Approval → Refund Issued (5–10 Business Days)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
