Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Canada & Europe	10 – 20 business days
Rest of the World	12 – 25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $45. Orders below $45 may be subject to a shipping fee displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time on our Track Your Order page.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.

Wrong Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Zonnya is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
